Refund Policy

A refund request submitted within 24 hours of payment and before TradingView indicator access, paid workspace access or digital materials have been activated may be reviewed. Approval is not automatic and payment-processing charges may be non-recoverable.

Payments are non-refundable once paid digital access has been activated, provisioned, downloaded or materially used. This applies to monthly, yearly and lifetime purchases except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Partial and prorated refunds are not provided.

Users should contact support with sufficient details so genuine access problems can be investigated. A temporary third-party outage does not automatically create refund eligibility.
