EDGE47 provides market information, charting tools, indicators and educational content. It does not provide personalised financial advice, portfolio management, brokerage services or guaranteed outcomes. Users remain responsible for every trading decision.

Trading leveraged products can result in substantial losses, including the loss of all capital committed. Historical examples, screenshots, backtests and demonstrations do not guarantee future performance.

Pulse Pro access may require an EDGE47 account and a valid TradingView username. Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, copied or redistributed.

EDGE47 offers monthly and yearly subscriptions at the prices displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not create a partial or prorated refund.

By completing payment, you request immediate supply of the purchased digital service. Once Pulse Pro, an indicator, workspace entitlement, download, or other paid digital product has been activated, provisioned, delivered or made available to your account, the sale is final and the payment is strictly non-refundable. This includes change of mind, non-use, trading losses, dissatisfaction with results, device or TradingView incompatibility, and failure to cancel before renewal.

The final-sale rule does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. EDGE47 will review a confirmed duplicate or unauthorised charge, or a material failure by EDGE47 to deliver purchased access after a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Temporary third-party outages or market-data interruptions do not by themselves create refund eligibility.

Features may be improved, renamed, replaced or discontinued. EDGE47 is not responsible for third-party outages, exchange data issues, TradingView restrictions, broker execution, connectivity failures or market disruptions.

EDGE47 branding, software, indicators, layouts, copy, methods and educational materials remain the intellectual property of EDGE47 or their respective licensors. Purchase grants a limited right of use, not ownership.

Access may be suspended or removed for fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing, redistribution, reverse engineering, chargeback abuse or conduct that compromises the service or other users.

By purchasing, accessing or using EDGE47, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy.
